1. Reservation Process

Online booking: You can visit our website at grandphanthiet.com to view detailed information about room types, rates, and complete your online booking.

Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a partial deposit is required (depending on room type and length of stay). The deposit amount and payment methods will be discussed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation: If canceled 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.

Cancellation between 3-7 days before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation within 3 days of check-in: The deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their stay based on room availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy above will apply.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in/late check-out: Please notify us in advance if early check-in or late check-out is needed. These requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges:

Early check-in before 12:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.

Late check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.

Late check-out after 6:00 PM: 100% of the room rate.
4. Child Policy and Extra Bed

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge if sharing a bed with parents.

Children aged 6-12: A service fee of 50% of the adult rate will be applied when sharing a room with parents.

Children aged 12 and older: Considered adults and an extra bed fee will apply if required.

Extra beds: Available upon request, subject to room type. The extra bed fee will be provided upon booking.
5. Payment Policy

Direct payment at the hotel: Payment can be made upon check-in by cash or credit card.

Bank transfer: If booking remotely, Grand Phan Thiet accepts bank transfers to secure reservations.
